Steven first discovered the Big Island on an extended vacation with a
one-way ticket and has called the Big Island his home now for over 17
years. It was shortly after his arrival that he met his wife Lauralynn
and two years ago their son Evan was born and completed the family picture.
Asking Steven about fatherhood always brings a bright smile to his face.
As a Realtor since 1994, Steven has been a top producing agent with Clark
Realty for several years. He attributes this to the many referrals from
his clientele as well as their repeat business. Steve truly enjoys connecting
with Buyers to find the perfect property. "My clients have a mental
image of their family's dream home in Hawaii. My job is to translate those
dreams into the perfect property." He also feels that being personally
invested in real estate is critical to keeping on top of the ever changing
market. 
Exploring the outdoors and beaches with family and friends and sharing the wonderful lifestyle and culture of Hawaii with clients is very important. Steven has been studying "slack-key" guitar and ukulele and enjoys playing music for friends and visiting guests. He also enjoys golfing, scuba diving and growing varieties of coconut trees!

Lauralynn moved to the Island of Hawaii from Victoria, British Columbia
in 1993, finding the lifestyle very comfortable and familiar. As a flight
attendant in Canada, she found she enjoyed working with people from around
the world.
She and her husband Steve met here in Kona, they were married in 1996 and have called Hawaii home ever since. The arrival of their son Evan to the family two years ago brings pride and great joy to each day.
One of Lauralynn's enjoyments, that she and Steven share aside from hiking, fishing, tennis and days at the beach, has been purchasing homes and refurbishing them. Her expertise in interior decorating, design and staging has brought much success with the sale of their properties as well as those of clients. "Staging homes can be very helpful and the clients are very appreciative during this busy time of marketing their property."
As much as Lauralynn loves to travel, having spent time in Europe, Mexico and India, sharing the love of cooking for family, friends and clients is a significant part of their lifestyle.
Lauralynn is grateful to live in such a wonderful place like the Big
Island and feels blessed everyday to call it HOME!
