However, I appreciated the fact that you never said “no” when I asked you to show me a house you thought wouldn’t have suit my long term interest. Allowing me to see the property in light of your apprehension reinforced your humbleness and lack of motive to make a quick sale.

While at each property, you openly discussed the highlights and cautionary features of the structure and its location. This evaluation helped me to make an informed decision about keeping the house on my “list” or continue to search for something more suitable to my needs.

About two months after our meeting, you guided me to what is now my new home. The timing was right, the price was right, and the location is great. Going through the actual loan acquisition and escrow is another story in itself, but thank you for helping me as best you could to calm my nerves. It’s been about a month since I have officially become a first-time homeowner, and I feel absolutely at home.
